Founder of Piazza Agency, with over 15 years of experience in the creative and fashion industries. Before launching her own company, she honed her skills at leading production houses, working on projects for global brands and talents – including a Reserved campaign with Kendall Jenner directed by Gordon von Steiner.
She built Piazza on her own terms: it has to be fast, flexible, and people-first. Today, the agency delivers production, creative ideas, PR, events, communication, and talent management for some of the top fashion and beauty brands.
Joanna believes that the best collaborations occur when the energy flows naturally, the right people are present, and everyone feels supported to do their best work. Known for her decisiveness and sense of responsibility, Joanna combines sharp strategic thinking with kindness, initiative, and leadership. She values creativity, partnership, courage, and empathy – always making sure her teams and clients feel both empowered and taken care of. When she’s not running projects, you’ll find her in the cinema, traveling, or in her garden, recharging close to nature. What you might not know about her – she’s a certified yoga teacher. But for now, building a growing, independent business from scratch, step by step, and proving that resilience and consistency pay off is her most significant achievement.
Production manager who found her calling by chance – and never looked back. With a background in Cultural Studies and Film from the University of Łódź, plus courses in Fashion PR and Visual Merchandising at London College of Fashion, she first worked as a PR Manager for three years before stepping onto a production set. That’s when everything clicked. She spent six years at Warsaw Creatives, where she grew from production assistant into production manager
Throughout her career, she has delivered projects for brands and publications such as Apart, Reserved, CCC, Pepco, Vogue, and Marie Claire – bringing a calm mindset, precision, positive energy, and seamless organization to every set, along with a talent for keeping things running smoothly no matter what. For Olga, the best collaborations are the ones where the crew feels like a team: professional, but also connected, respectful, and genuinely enjoying the process together.
If she weren’t in production, you’d probably find her painting canvases or working in a pottery studio. When she’s not on set, she’s with her little son Rysio – at museums, in the cinema, or making art together. She also loves to read, especially reportages from
Producer with a background in archaeology and art history – fields that taught her how to look deeper, always searching to uncover connections, unexpected details, and solutions that bring hidden and surprising stories to light. She began her career at ITI Film Studio, later gained experience in post-production, and then moved into film and commercial production. For over seven years at Warsaw Creatives, she worked as a producer and production manager, building a portfolio that combines high-end aesthetics with seamless organization.
Monika has produced campaigns for brands such as YSL Beauty, Lancôme, Avon, Magda Butrym, Inglot, Solar, Modivo, CCC, Half Price, and Reserved, collaborating with photographers and directors including Gordon von Steiner, Alvaro Colom, Jonathan Frantini, Valentin Herfray, and Marcin Kempski. She has also worked with talents like Kendall Jenner, Daria Zawiałow, Iga Świątek, and Ewa Chodakowska.
For her, a well-organized team with good energy is the key to productions that run smoothly and deliver a true “wow effect.” Colleagues value her calm in challenging moments, quick problem-solving, and sense of humor that makes even intense sets lighter.
If she weren’t producing, Monika could imagine herself as an archaeologist, art curator, or organizer of cultural events. Outside of work, she spends time with her cat Rybka (teaching her new tricks), with friends, or immersed in the worlds of art, beauty, and history. Looking ahead, her dream is to lead large-scale international projects while keeping the joy and passion that first drew her to production.
